Terms

These terms cover recaptureaisolutions.com and the Recapture AI Solutions text-message program. Recapture AI Solutions, founded in 2026, 566 N Salem Road, +1 618-996-4142.

Text-message program

Program name: Recapture AI Solutions. We send call summaries, booking links, appointment reminders, and account notices to people who give us their number and agree to receive texts. Consent is not required to buy anything.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

After you reply STOP you get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP or contact sales@recaptureaisolutions.com for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Booking-link texts that a business's phone agent sends to callers are sent only after the agent asks the caller out loud, and the first text ends with "Reply STOP to opt out."

Billing and cancelling

Self-serve, Starter and Growth are month to month and you can cancel anytime.

Pro has a 3-month minimum.

Going over your minutes: we'll call you about upgrading, never a surprise bill.

Starter Site and Pro Site monthly fees cancel anytime.

Your monthly fee covers the ongoing cost of buying your domain and keeping it, and your site, live. If you cancel, you're responsible for paying for your domain going forward. If it isn't paid, Recapture will cancel the domain.

Privacy

How we use your information is in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
